Agricultural real estate includes a wide array of different properties. We have experience appraising all types of properties and real estate and are proud to offer consulting services and appraisal to a diverse client base.
Some of those property types we appraise include general farms, dairies, concentrated animal operations, vacant land tracts and lifestyle farms. We have experience in appraising any and all types of agricultural property that is located in the boundaries of Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

We are equipped to handle a wide range of appraisal services. We specialize in appraising agribusiness properties such as grain elevators, agronomy facilities, feed mills, and seed facilities.
Additionally, we offer services for financing purposes, condemnation compensation, which includes the evaluation of the value of land taken by a governmental agency, as well as the value of conservation and agricultural easements.
We also have experience appraising partial interests such as minority interests, leasehold interests, life estates, scenic easements, and conservation easements.
Lastly, we are equipped to handle complex properties, including permanent plantings, processing facilities, and properties with transitional or recreational uses.
