Experience
Actively engaged in the practice of real estate appraisal, specializing in agricultural properties, since April 1985. Scope of Experience covers a wide range of real estate valuation, including grain, livestock and dairy farms, ranches, dry and irrigated cropland, rural-urban transitional properties, highly specialized confinement hog and cattle facilities, commercial grain handling facilities, fertilizer facilities, and agribusiness properties throughout the Midwest.

Employed as Director of Appraisal Services, 1st Farm Credit Services, functioning as real estate appraiser in the Northeastern Counties of Illinois and supervising the appraisal functions of the Association.
March, 1989 to January, 1999:
Employed as Senior Appraiser for Farm Credit Services of Northern Illinois, functioning as real estate appraiser in the northern 22 counties of Illinois, concentrating on nine counties in northeastern Illinois, including the Cook and the Chicago Collar Counties. Responsibilities include assisting the other appraisers employed by FCS of Northern Illinois and the appraisal of large and complex properties.
October 1987 to March 1989:
Employed by Farm Credit Services of the Fourth District as Senior Special Accounts Loan Officer/Appraiser, at Washington Court House, Ohio. Charged with developing, implementing and supervising an appraisal staff for 32 counties and 1200 accounts in southern Ohio. Supervision duties included hiring and direct supervision of a staff of up to seven appraisers.
August 1987 to October 1987:
Employed as real estate appraiser for Farm Credit Capital Corporation of the Fourth District, in Fostoria, Ohio.
April 1985 to August 1987:
Employed as Regional Appraiser with Doane Farm Management Company, Marshalltown, Iowa, as a Real Estate Appraiser, Analyst, and Consultant.
